Questions about either report, the waitlist, or working with us as a valuer: the form on this page reaches a monitored inbox.
Contact
Ask us anything about an automated Property Value Estimate Report or a certified valuation. The form below reaches a monitored inbox, and you will get an answer to the question you asked, not a template reply.
Registered valuers
Panel work here is countersigning rather than inspecting. A panel member reviews a desktop assessment prepared from recorded sales evidence, forms their own view of it, and either countersigns the report that goes to the client or declines it. Reviews are batched, so a sitting is a run of assessments rather than one report at a time, and each assessment arrives already assembled. Registered valuers interested in panel work can write to us here.
What to include
The fee is per report and is settled in the panel agreement.
Accountants and advisers
From 1 July 2027 a capital gain is split either by the ATO's time-apportionment formula or by the property's market value on that date. For the clients the formula treats badly, that difference is the reason to get a value on record. A market value that has to hold up to the ATO, an auditor or the other side of a family law matter is the certified valuation: prepared and countersigned by a certified practising valuer, and written to be read by someone checking it. Tell us what your client base looks like and what a report has to contain before you would put it in front of them.
What to include
The automated Property Value Estimate Report is an estimate for a client's own planning. It is not a valuation, no certified practising valuer signs it, and it is not the document to put behind a tax position.
Everything else
Media, a partnership, a licensing question, something plainly wrong on this site, or a question about the two reports that the rest of the site does not answer. Questions about an order you have placed go through the link in your confirmation email, which opens your order status directly.
What to include
Put these four things in it and the first reply will be the useful one.
It lands in a monitored inbox and a person reads it. The reply goes to the email address you give, and answering you is all it is used for.
