Estimate report or certified valuation
How an Online Property Value Report and a Certified Valuation Work
From an address to a finished report in three steps, with the coverage check done before you pay and the two reports explained before you choose between them.
- Coverage checked before you pay
- Two reports, one fixed price each
- Delivered by email
How it works, in three steps
Three steps from an address to a finished report. We check we can cover the property before taking any payment, so nobody pays for a report we cannot produce.
- 1
Enter the property address
We check that address against our sales data straight away. If an estimate report cannot be built for it, you find out before you pay, while it still costs nothing.
- 2
Choose your report and pay
Pick the one the situation calls for: the automated Property Value Estimate Report, or a certified valuation signed by a certified practising valuer. The price is fixed and paid online, with no quote to chase and no phone call.
- 3
Your report arrives by email
An estimate report is produced automatically. A certified valuation is prepared and countersigned by a certified practising valuer. Either way it arrives in your inbox, ready to send to your accountant.
The two reports, and which one you need
Property Value Estimate Report
An automated estimate of market value. It is an estimate report rather than a professional valuation, and no valuer signs it.
Certified valuation
Prepared and countersigned by a certified practising valuer, for the situations that need a signature: the ATO, an auditor, or a court.
What it costs
Every report has one fixed price, and you see it in full before you pay.

Questions people ask before they order
Straight answers, including the ones that talk some people out of buying.
Where do the estimate report's numbers come from?
From recent comparable sales and property market data for your area, weighted by how similar each sale is to your property. The report lists the comparable sales the estimate was built from, so you can see the evidence rather than take a number on faith.
What happens if you cannot cover my address?
We check coverage before you pay, so nothing is charged. If the sales data behind an estimate report is not available for your property, we say so on screen and point you either to the certified tier or to the free calculator.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account to create and no password to choose. When you order, we email you a link that belongs to that one order, and the link is your access to the report.
Can I cancel, and when do I get a refund?
A booking can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before we begin preparing the report. If we accept an order and then cannot deliver it, you get a full refund. Once a report has been delivered there is no refund for change of mind, and none of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
